Appointments

You may use the website to request a boutique tour or a dress fitting. Dress pickups are booked through a private link we send when your dress is ready; a pickup booked through that link is confirmed when you book it. A requested appointment may require confirmation by Imperial Design & Boutique. We may approve, decline, or propose a different appointment time depending on availability and business scheduling. A time you select is held temporarily while you complete your request; temporary holds are provisional and do not constitute a confirmed appointment.

Dress Availability and Orders

Browsing the website, saving favorites, or requesting an appointment does not reserve a dress or place an order. A dress is ordered or reserved only after the requirements specified by Imperial Design & Boutique have been satisfied, which may include:

• Confirmation of the selected style, color, and size
• Execution of the applicable written order or agreement
• Payment of any required deposit
• Completion of other ordering requirements communicated by Imperial Design & Boutique

The applicable signed order or agreement will govern the purchase of a dress and related services.
