• For boutique tours: the quinceañera's name and optional dress preferences, such as colors, style, designers, budget range, and dress size
• Dress style numbers you saved as favorites, when you book a boutique tour

Our website may also record information associated with your request, such as the source page, request type, consent selection, and scheduling information.

The website does not currently request payment-card information, home addresses, or the age or date of birth of a quinceañera or other minor.

• Schedule boutique tours, dress fittings, and dress pickups
• Temporarily hold a requested appointment time while you complete your request

Requesting an appointment does not, by itself, reserve a dress, place an order, or create a purchase agreement.

Customer Relationship Management

Information submitted through our website may be stored in the Imperial customer relationship management system. This system is shared by the Imperial family of businesses, which includes Imperial Design & Boutique, Imperial Grand Events, and Imperial Decorations.

Depending on the nature and status of your request, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, language preference, event date, appointment information, style preferences, message, consent selection, and related status information.

Authorized staff of these businesses may access this information as necessary to respond to requests, manage appointments, and provide services. If you are also a client of another Imperial business, your records may be linked so that we can coordinate your services.

If a request is approved and converted into a customer relationship, relevant information may become part of the associated client, event, and service records.

Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to operate portions of our website and business.

Our current technology may include:

• Supabase — used to support our customer relationship management database and related business records.
• Resend — may be used to send transactional emails, including request confirmations, appointment approvals, denials, rescheduling notices, and calendar invitations.
• Website, infrastructure, and image-delivery providers — may process limited technical information necessary to host, secure, and deliver our website and its images.

Email Communications

We may send transactional emails related to your message, appointment, or order. These communications may include confirmation that your request was received, approval or denial of an appointment, proposed scheduling changes with a link to accept or decline, updates on the status of your dress order (for example, that it was ordered, delayed, arrived, or picked up), a private link to book your dress pickup, calendar invitations, and other information necessary to respond to your request.

Our website does not currently operate a marketing email subscription or newsletter program.

Telephone and WhatsApp

If you provide a telephone number, we may use it to communicate with you regarding your request, appointment, or order.

Our website may also provide links allowing you to contact us through WhatsApp. If you choose to use WhatsApp, your interaction with that service is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.

The website does not currently send automated SMS messages.

Browser Storage

Our website currently uses browser local storage for limited functionality.

We may store:

• Language preference — to remember whether you selected English or Spanish.
• Saved favorites — the dresses you mark as favorites.
• Comparison list — the dresses you choose to compare.

These items stay in your browser and are not sent to us unless you include your favorites in a boutique tour request. They remain until you remove them or clear your browser storage. If you use the share button, your device's own sharing feature sends the dress style numbers to the app you choose. The website currently does not use first-party cookies for advertising or analytics.

Analytics and Advertising

Imperial Design & Boutique does not currently use advertising pixels or common third-party website analytics systems such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar technologies through the website code. If we introduce analytics, advertising technologies, or similar tracking tools in the future, we may update this Privacy Policy and implement additional consent mechanisms when appropriate.

External Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services, including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Google Maps.

Following one of these links takes you to a service operated by another company. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

Some images on our website may be delivered by third-party image-hosting services. As part of the normal process of requesting those images, standard network information such as your IP address may be transmitted to the provider.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. Our systems include server-side validation and access controls for staff systems. However, no internet transmission, electronic storage system, or security measure can guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain request, client, appointment, and order information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, manage customer relationships and orders, maintain appropriate business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Different categories of information may be retained for different periods based on legitimate business and legal requirements.

You may contact Imperial Design & Boutique to request correction or updating of personal information you have provided to us or to ask questions about our handling of your information. Where applicable, we will respond to privacy requests in accordance with applicable law.

Children's Privacy

Imperial Design & Boutique serves quinceañeras, who are usually minors. Our forms are intended to be completed by a parent, guardian, or other adult arranging the appointment. For a boutique tour, the form asks for the quinceañera's name and may ask for dress preferences and size so that we can prepare for the appointment; it does not ask for her age or date of birth. We do not knowingly use the website to collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can address it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, or privacy practices change. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed on this page.
